Houzen exists for one simple purpose: to match residential properties to the right tenants within 24 hours.

Our mission is to reshape the lettings industry, without turning people into robots. It’s impossible to find good help at a price point that makes sense, to find people who are the right fit but will also not leave you hanging onto an empty property. These are the problems that have spurred us on to ask : how can we fix this?

Our answer is Houzen, an online platform that brings everything you need to let out your property under one roof and uses group negotiating power to ensure that you get the best rates on everything from letting experts to referencing and management services. Once your property is listed, we take care of the rest. We only work with the best* independent agents in each neighborhood, saving them the hassle of sourcing properties so they can focus on what they do best – finding great tenants!
